What is it?
A specific fish that you can only find in Lake Baikal.

Never thought I would like eating a fish that has been drying / smoked on the clothes line of some fishermen's garden, prepared with tooth picks and not cooked...

But here we are, we loved it, although the smell on our fingers was not great ;-)
